1. Service Agreement:
By engaging Abe Mobile Mechanic services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our mobile automotive repair services are provided at your location with professional expertise and quality parts.
2. Service Scope:
Services Include: Automotive diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, oil changes, brake service, battery replacement, and other mechanical services as agreed upon.
Service Limitations: Complex repairs requiring specialized equipment may need to be completed at a traditional shop facility.
3. Scheduling and Availability
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We strive to arrive within the agreed time window but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic and previous service variables.
4. Payment Terms:
Payment Methods: Cash, check, or electronic payment as agreed.
Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Estimates: All estimates are approximate and may vary based on actual repair needs discovered during service.
5. Parts and Labor Warranty
Labor Warranty: 90 days on labor performed.
Parts Warranty: Parts are covered by manufacturer warranty terms.
Warranty Exclusions: Normal wear items, customer-supplied parts, and damage due to misuse or accident are not covered.
6. Liability and Insurance:
Abe's Mobile Mechanic carries appropriate business insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions, hidden damage, or consequential damages.
7. Customer Responsibilities:
Customers must provide safe working conditions, accurate vehicle information, and access to the vehicle. Customer is responsible for removing valuable items from the vehicle before service.
8. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations may incur a service call fee.
